So Much To Learn....
Very new to this.Have 1 home and 1 apt,that I'm interested in that have been listed in the paper already.By the way,we're in www.NC.Is there a way to find out the minimum auction bid before the auction,do I track down the trustees phone number(which they never list) or www.what.Now I have gone to the county tax assessor and tax collections website looked up the houses which seem to have no outstanding charges for taxes,but I'm missing something where can I find out if there are any liens(or did I go to the right place)BK or anything else that may blindside me after the auction?Thanks so much trying to learn all I can before I take the plunge! :-?
