Signs?
can anyone give me their personal opinion on the benefit of signs? I am still working on my first deal and have pretty muched tapped my financial resources. At this point, signs seem a little pricey.... I would love to get them eventually, but Im just curious to hear who has had great success with them.

i bought signs before i even started investing. that is how i got started and got my deals. Its how i still do get them. they are not pricey. they are 300.00 for 100 if not less. they bring in one deal that nets 30k and you are paid of about a million times
