Short Sale help???
Ok - so we got this guy owes like 112K. House currently listed for 119K. Totally desprate. Lost his job and woman. Is going 2 payments behind this month.
He wanted to have someone take over his payments, so we refered it to a sub2 investors. They said no way, comps are only like 95K at best.
I say WOW - this might be a chance to inquire about short sales...
We are after the learning experience, so if anyone would be able to help up, mentor us, what ever you can do for us.
I am going to read everthing on this site about the subject.

I have not done a short sale yet but have done quite abit of studying on the subject. I also have Dwan and Sharons short sale program. If interested in trying to learn together and partnering up let me know.
