Hello. I live in San Francisco Bay Area on Peninsula.

I am interested to meet other people living in that part of the country.
My short-term goal is discussing goals and strategies in investing in Northern California.
Eventually (if a total comfort is established), a partnership on a number of Real Estate deals may be of an interest.

However, I must stress that in order to reach the point of partnership, all parties must be COMPLETELY comfortable with each other and the decision should flow rather then be forced.

    Email me if interested at

    agabovich,

    Glad to meet you.

There is a gentleman up your way that has been investing for many years. As far as I am concerned his integrity is beyond reproach. I am not one to take what I just said lightly.

He is a poster on many boards and helps the new person with very sound advice. You should take the time to e-mail him for his advice and knowledge of this industry.

His name is Ronald * Starr, his email address is: tigerinpa@yahoo.com I am sure you will enjoy what he has to say.

I am not one to partner up, because of the reasons you stated, I know of to many stories just like yours where someone got hurt. Greed is a terrible thing it always enters the partnership in one way or another.

You will receive many private emails with your kind of offer, so a word to the wise should be sufficient.

Welcome on board this board, make sure tell Ronald, $Cash$ sent you.

    Hello there,
I'm in Sacramento looking to partner up with an investor. I'm prelimanarily looking into flipping contracts, and going that route. However, I also am knowledgeable of new development and am looking into possibly buying empty land and developing on it, houses, to resell quickly.
See my profile and e-mail if interested.

Hi, it sounds like you had a real rough experience. If you should decide to try Southern California again, I am trying to establish an Investor's Club here in Riverside. I am a Christian, I was a pastor for many years and I strongly believe in a person's integrity. It is sad when the issue of greed foreshadows the potential for a good strong partnership and long-term profit building. I strongly believe in a win/win situation for all, seller, buyer, investor, etc. This is the best way to deal with the issues of investing. If it is a win/lose, I don't play. I have owned Real Estate. I am presently building up my list of private lenders and building my Real Estate wealth once again. If you do feel comfortable with this kind of direction, I would be glad to fly to Northern California and meet with you. My email is **Please See My Profile**

Hey folks MEETING partners on the net is one dangerous way to do this. I have only one person I would partner with and have and I would not do it even with my family members.

There are very very few people I would trust.

Like John L .....I do all my own deals and best if you go that route.

    I agree here as well.

I too would also be interested in discussing real estate investment in the SF Bay Area as well as the outlying areas such as Sacramento, Tracy, etc. I am still very new to REI so I don't know if I have too much to offer. I have very little in hard money but excellent credit and am more than willing to work with others with the same goals. Please email me if there is interest in a local meeting. **Please See My Profile**

    -Leo B.
