Selling Tax Sale Property
I am looking at purchasing property at my local tax sale and would like to know what process is needed to be able to resell the property. I would receive a quick claim deed at the sale but can I sell the property with just this? Can someone please advise me what to do? Thanks for any help you can provide.

Did you do anything with the advice you were given last time? What research have you done since the last time you asked this question a month ago? Did you read your state's statutes or post a question at the free legal referral forum as I suggested? Did you read up on the outfit that promises title insurance certification as an alternative to Quiet Title action? Have you spoken to an attorney about how to pursue a Quiet Title action? Don't expect us to do all of your homework for you...and it's a "quit claim" deed not "quick claim" deed.
