REO MLS Listing Online

DanLioz profile photo

Is there a good MLS listing online that is available to all for free (like www.Realtor.com), but has also a word search capability, so I can search on the keywords for REO (e.g. REO, Lender Owned, Bank Owned, etc.)

Thanks for the info.

I havn't come across anything that is owned by the bank, and on MLS at the same time on a web page. I may be mistaken, but if you find anything let me know as well

every mls site i have looked at seems to be using the same crappy search software... I would love to be able to do what u stated as well. Would be nice to be able to search by "new since last visit" as well. I think that if you are a realtor, you have access to more search features than just someone browsing a public mls site.

    Any realtors out there???
I know that realtors have access to the complete description of the MLS which includes the comments of REO's. Is it legal or not to share that with the public?
Like can I link a search bot to that database in order to search it or is it against the law to do so for any state I want...etc???

    Thanks

As a realtor, I belong to a local board or boards and therefore only have access to the MLS in my local area.

As for another part of the state or nationwide, a realtor has to use www.realtor.com just like you or ask an affiliate office to help.

    Sorry

You can find some REO information on bank's websites.

It takes some digging but some do post their available properties.

    Try REOSource

It use to be EBay's HUD foreclosure listing service.

I found a site that list the REO propeties and it is free. It then directs you to the realtor handling that property. If interested, email me and I will send you the link.

    Adconline,
The REOSource is a good site, but they are their own listing service. It doesn't look like they are linked to MLS. I guess they have some contacts with the banks and lenders.

    Thanks for the info...
Info is never bad and can always be used.
