What happens if I bid on a house and win, to find out that he house is currently rented and there is 6 months left on the lease? Is the contract voided, can I evict? What are the specific rules and laws? Thanks.

Holy crap B76 what a sweet system that is in your jurisdiction (for investors, not so much for the tenant .....) If I can just get Arnold to approve that in Kali-For-Nya

It has been awhile since I have looked into this, but my recollection is that it varies from state to state. I believe that in some states the lease survives the foreclosure and follows the property to the successful bidder.
