? RegardingNon-exclusive Rights To Sell..(m)

I want to attempt to sell my property myself, but I also want the safety net of having a realtor there too. I was planning on doing the flat fee MLS listing and advertising in the largest paper in my area and the paper where the house is located. I am also wanting to offer owner financing to better my possibilities of getting a buyer. This is covering all bases. If I put it on the MLS myself, what else is there for my realtor to do?
How would you guys handle this way of marketing? I mean, do I do it all at once or try one thing first, see if there are bites, if not, try the other?

I love you guys' help and advice,
quinn

If I were you, I would first go to "Help U Sell" which is just a flat fee discount broker. From my own experience, realtors really don't do much except put your listing on the MLS and maybe include your house in one of those booklets. If you do decide to go with a full service realtor, just do the open listing and then you can hire as many realtors as you want. Whoever sells the house (including you) will get the commission. I hope I answered your question...Good Luck 8-)
