Yea, Bargain took me a while to figure out also. The more common shorthand for a Certificate of Occupancy is C of O. Bottom line without a CofO you are going to need a construction loan, not a conventional one. How far away from completion is the house?
Sorry about the abbreviation. The home is about 80% complete and need floors,appliances, and hvac system. I was wondering if there was another way besides a construction loan.
