Quick Claim Deeds...
I'm a solidier in Iraq at the moment...but will be retuning to florida in Dec '03 - I really want to get started in the Quick Claim Deeds area of Real Estate...what pointers, get start ideas can anyone help me with...where would I need to go to get started

What you mean to say is "QUIT" claim deed. It's not a technique, it's simply a method of transferring one's interest in real estate to another. Sometimes a QCD is used between parties when a formal closing transaction isn't indicated... Sometimes divorcing spouses execute a quit claim deed to the other...

Thanks...so it is nothing like tax liens? I want to go into real estate - like mortgage broker or appraisal
