Anybody know of any stated loan programs without a limit on how many properties/mortgages you have? I am finding that 10 is the limit with most lenders. Used to be 20. [ Edited by cmon on Date 01/28/2008 ]
When you buy Subject to you dont need to worry about qualifying... As for lenders 10 is about the max I hear...
