Something I must say......
To whomever this may concern,
This website has provided so much great information for those of us who are newbies and vets and it is greatly appreciated. And I feel that ALL of the investors here that volunteer there time to help us are greatly appreciated. They have provided an atmosphere that has help to alleviate many of the fears that we newbies carry around. Please don't spoil this with negative post about anyone. There are some questions that I feel should be addressed privately so that misunderstandings don't occur and everybody's integrity remains intact. Lets continue with the positive post and move on to making those deals that we are all here to learn to do. And a BIG THANK YOU to all of you again for your time and help, I would not be this far into REI if it was'nt for you Guys.

Agreed! The vets here have provided valuable advice on a multitude of subjects. It has yet, to this point, been my best investment (AND IT'S FREE!).
Hope we can all stay focused on the main purpose of this site....helping others.
