Pre Foreclosure
I have found a pre foreclosure that is worth about $1,500000. Can anyone tell me as to what my optins are in getting this property under contract and selling it? And what are the pitfalls that I should look for in this transaction? How long does it take before such a property is actually foreclosed upon? :-S

$1.5 Mil? gosh...depends on how fast you can unload it, I think. Unless you can make those monthly payments for a while.
