Pre-Foreclosure Lists
Does anyone know if there are any pre-foreclosure lists available for the state of Georgia. The clerk of courts do not have NOD's and a list would save a lot of sfting thru the legals. Thanks.

There is no such thing as a Notice of Default in Georgia.
The sale is advertised and it goes to sale within a month.
There are a couple of places where you can buy the pre-foreclosure list in a very pretty excel format. Though, you will still have less than a month before the foreclosure sale.
