Since your in Chicago, there are several listings, The Foreclosure Report of Chicago, Recording Information Services, Real Info. I'm not at Senior status yet so I can't list website address. Look in the Search engines. It really doesn't matter when you get a list. It would be nice to be the first one to knock on the door. But if the client doesn't like you it doesn't matter. Good Luck
