Pre-Foreclosure - Best Way To Approach Owner?
I recently decided to go after pre-foreclosures in my area.... what is the best approach to a home owner in default? Phone on the first try? Knock on the door or should it be a mailer? Thanks for your response. 
Ok here are the steps
1. Go to your local western store
2. By a nice strong set of spurs and lariat
3. Then go find your distressed seller
4. Hog tie him up with that lariat
5. Then put those spurs and and dig his ass
6. Yell yipeeeeeeee give me that deed!!!!
That should about do it!!!

Ive found the best way to go about this is by doing mailers ...You will contact a wider range of people on a reg. bascis ..I did the door knocking and its prob. the best way ,but to much time not enough contacts.Plus when you get people call you things go alot smoother,but if you like to throw a few lefts and rights go door to door once in while..
