Pittsburgh Area Plumber/contractor To Check House Before Buying
Does anybody know any good plumber/GC in pittsburgh (south hill) to look at the house and estimate the cost for the fixing before buying. Of course I can pay them, but who can do this job and how much normally people pay for this?

Hi Sally - My general contractor does all that, so I do not really know who to recommend. . .try the yellow pages and start getting bids. Look in the Pennysaver. You may find what they bid is all over the place, or not, depending on the job. Ask for referrals. Did you buy a property?

no, i haven't bought any properties, i dont't dare to buy because i don't know how much it costs to fix www.things.i know the cost for some, not all, so i could not buy anything without the knowledge how much it costs to fix. i am so new in this foreclosure thing.
I can look at the yellow pages or pennysaver(many of them has free estimate) but i want to have somebody who knows things in general not just in plumbing and i can pay them to come over to look. I live in Peters township and i know the house you were talking about before i never even looked because it is too expensive!! thank you Giggles
