Phyllis is the president of a Real Estate Club here in Los Angeles. I dont think she is a "guru". I think she is doing well off as an investor, but would not consider her a guru.
Her son on the other hand is.....she is William Bronchick's mom . I have bought some of his stuff and I think is well worth the money.
