Permissin To Contact Bank

Is there a standard form I will need to speak with the lender of the home I want to take control of. Or should he just sign a typed letter, saying I have permission.

    A signed and NOTORIXED letter giving the bank persission to discuss their loan with the bank is needed.

You may reproduce this document to acquire reference from more than one source.

    Call the bank together. They can authorize you over the telephone. ((most banks))

    All this sounds good, thanks. I spoke with the home owner last night. He says he wants to try to make one last effort or deal with wells fargo. If he cant, than he will sell to me. Hot Dog!!!!House is due to sell on the 7th, is there enough time for him. He just started working again 2 months ago. grin
