Out Of State Forclosure Purchase
I am looking to purchase an out of state forclosure. I have not located the property, just the state and area I would like to focus on. I have never done this before. Is there anyone out there who could give me some general guidelines? Where to start, who to talk to, what I should expect to pay in comparison to market value.
