Online Real Estate License?
I was wondering how i can get my license online, or if i can at all. I couldn't fine anything, but i think stockpro99 said he was getting his online....where?? and how much does it run and do you like it?
I hae no idea what state you are in but here in bankrupt California the short answer is no. If you intend to enter the "Profession" of Real Estate Broker you will be giving a service and I really think that you should spend a little time in the field working at it.
Its similar to the law profession. Law school does not teach the practice of law you just do a lot of reading of cases and then take your license. Then you start to learn. Same with real estate. "There are old Brokers and there are Bold Brokers, but there are no Old,Bold Brokers." Now where did I hear that before. Cheers Lucius
Some states, such as Florida, permit you to take your required salesperson license training online. You would want to check with the real estate licensing agency in your state and find out if you can do it that way there.
