Oner Paying Off Mortgage Before Forclosure Sale
Is it possible to get the owner of his property to pay off mortgage debt if he has a foreclosure judgement to avoid sale of his property?. Heres my plan: After i do title search of property to check for other liens or encumbrances i will them approach owner with quit claim deed to deed the property over to me and then payoff forecloser debt(Mortgage) at the courthouse. Keep in mind that owner will go to the courthouse to make sure that we can do this transaction! Sorry about the typo error in title!!!!!!!!!!!!!

y not just negotiate with the lender now about a short sale or take it subject to and pay the back pmnts?

Thanks for all your suggestions! I met with the bank manager and it can be purchased prior to sale date at any title company handling the closing.
