Notice Of Default
I am using Realty Trac to locate NOD and HUD properties. The jury is out for me on whether or not their information is current. Since I am just getting started, I am not all that concerned with wether or not these properties are legit opportunities, if nothing else it is practice.
With that said, here is my question. When you find a property that is NOD, what is the best way to contact the home owner? Obviously, I would not want be offensive, but on the otherhand I do not want to miss an opportunity.
If someone with EXPERIENCE could address this question, that would be great.
