Non Judicial Foreclosures and Finding Leads
What do you look for when dealing with foreclosures that go through the non-judicial process. How can I obtain information about foreclosures before they reach the papers. I thought the homeowners had a least 60 days to cure the debt. By the time I get to the recorders office and look up the foreclosures at the most its 20 days left until the auction. Don't the mortgage companies files something else before a foreclosure notice. If so its not a notice of default in d.c. can it be call something else I am not aware of please help me I'm about to lose my mind.
