I found a newly listed foreclosure. Went to speak with owner and neighbors told me he died 3 mo. ago. Is the foreclosing lenders necessarily aware of this. Any advice on where to go next? dmb
If I were you I would go down to the public records dept in the county and research the prop----if you don't know how ask questions---tell them you need to get in contact with the owners (personal reasons)----if in probate will have a lawyer involved----I haven't done a probate---don't really want to. But see what you can find out---and let us know how it turns out!
