I am new at this,but I am looking at a 7/unit rental ****Must Reach Senior Investor status before posting URL's*** has gross monthly rents right now of 2250/month and expences of 700/month .That expence figure includes all utilities,taxes,and ****Must Reach Senior Investor status before posting URL's***he building was built in 1910 and the only mechanical item that scares me is the electrical being so ****Must Reach Senior Investor status before posting URL's*** would appreciate any and all ****Must Reach Senior Investor status before posting URL's*** am also new to this site and I have learned alot ****Must Reach Senior Investor status before posting URL's***hanks to all.
