Neewbie Needs Help With A Tough One
Got a house worth 399k. Guy is in divorce,he lives in house with 3 kids,wants to stay in the house. He needs 125k to buy wife out. Can't refinance because of 2 previous bankrupcies. He owes 140k on house(has 2 mortgages) and pays approx 3000 a month. Any ideas from anyone how I as an investor can help this poor guy out? :-?
MAKE SURE ABOUT THE AMOUNT OWED. CONSIDERING HE HAS 2 BANKRUPCIES I WOULDNT BE TO SYMPATHETIC. MAYBE A RENT WITH OPTION TO BY BACK FOR A PROFIT. :-o
