are there any lenders or companys that can help me I am in forclosure just got my chap7 discharge papers and this is for my personal residence I owe about 17000 I have equity but i will need 85-100 %LTV I need a plan fast I have about 10000 in the bank. HELP.

My experience here is that the newspapers usually have a week in lag time.
post the name of the county you target for foreclosures. Someone might see that and follow up with you. Do a search on google for the county name and the word foreclosure. happy hunting
