Name In The Newspaper For The Foreclosure, Is Not Owner Of The Property
Hi,
The Newspaper came out, with the Name of the Person, and the address of the House being Foreclosed on February 17.
I looked at the Auditors Report on the above named property, and found the OWNER is not the name in the paper that the foreclosure is against.
The Owners, address is different, Also his name is not the one in the paper. It also shows on the report the Owner has a different address.
No where on the Auditors Report does is show the Name of the Person, that it shows being forclosed on in the Newspaper, and ALSO in the Sheriff Sale Report.
Can someone tell me what is going on here.

Follow up:
I called the phone number. H is Not to Movitated to sell, he is asking $160,000 for and old house with 2 acres. He had someone coming over to talk to him as we spoke. It goes to the Sheriff Sale Feb 17, and in the Sheriff Sale is appraised at $80,000.
He told me all the repairs he had done.
He has put in all new hardward floors, water heater, and other things but I wish him the best. At least he is trying to sell it before the sale.
