Mentorship Program?

suntzu18 profile photo

I just finished reading "Making Big Money Investing in Foreclosures" by Conti and Finkel.

I liked it a great deal. Their website discusses a mentorship program that they do if you have a budget of $1500 . I am not sure if the $1500 is for the cost of the program or just cash needed to get started. It seems pretty good and I would love to have a mentor. Has anyone ever tried this or know much about it?

Thanks in advance.

Excellent program - can't say enough about it. Jump started me into investing when I didn't know where to go or what to do. Actually taught me just about ever learned about REI.

Of course the other great source was this website.

Hope that helps you. Talk to lassitermarketing I believe. He was not really impressed with the program. That another data point for you.

I have never tried that particular program but I have been solicited by several others that promise similar results. As far as I could tell though it all boiled down to them telling me the same things I had read several times already. The only thing that was keeping me from starting my RE career was not doing the leg work myself. I couldn't see paying one more time for the same bit of information so I passed on the offer. If you decide to go through the program.. Good luck to ya' grin
