Fair Market Value

Hi Everyone, Yes it's me again sorry,2part to last www.post.I called a finance company they listed a home foreclsure/ price 75000.How would I deal with a finance comp,I'd like to do a lease option if the home is worth the effort to invest my www.time.I'm sure they will not hold off on payments till a t/b is found.Any one have any advice.
