Mentor needed in Denver, CO

Would anyone care to help a newbie out on a few deals? I'm just starting out, have read Flipping Properties, and am ready to get crackin'. :)

Before you actually start the flipping, you really need to do your homework. you need to decided what do you want to do with the property first.
