What do you mean, "money is not an issue"? It is THE issue. There are too many variables to answer your "question".
Money is an issue, however I wouldn't be concerned with the numbers, as long as the return to good. I would like to find something that will appreciate and have a good ROI--either commercial or residential. Does anyone have any property that we can talk about?
Do you have to invest in Atlanta only? Just wondering if you have considered investing elswhere?
