The most accurate and up to date place I know of is the county courthouse where you are interested. I was at our local courthouse last week where I got copies of the last 6 weeks worth of NOD's filed. They have a new list on the counter every monday, which they will copy for a very minimal fee. 4 pages were $1 then .50 each after that. Or you could go to a site like RealtyTrac. But what I've seen there is wayyy outdated information. I had one they posted in July, which I contacted in Sept. Where the mortgage company told me they had sold that property LAST March! You have to consider how close your source is to the people that are recording it. I say get local right in the counties you are interested in.
