Looking For Help In Madison, Wi
I am new to this real estate stuff but here it goes. I know how to find people that are just finding out they are getting foreclosed on. I am good with internet resources and searches would have no probems finding most of these people, detective skills. I have resources for information most dont know about. I am looking for people to help me flip some properties and how to get ahold of banks. I just started reading here and I am figuring most of it out. I have some $$ for these deals but not enough to do deals without getting a new loan for the flip. So I am looking for a partner or someone willing to teach me and share info or bird dog. feel free to email me, I am a good detective and have the computer skills to find out about pre-foreclosures fast.
Maybe you can find what your looking for at the investment club meeting. Their is one at Jingles in madison on the second tuesday of every month the next one is on September 9th. Hope to see you their.

the meeting is at 7:00pm on september 9th at Jingles. As far as what to bring I would bring information on the type of properties you are interested in or have to sell. And any other information such as bank sources, contact info for mitigation depts., contractors, independent investors, (etc.). When it gets closer to the meeting I can send you an outline if you want just send me a private message.
