Looking For A Preforeclosure List Provider In WA
If anyone has any info on a list provider who is gathering Notice of Default listing in Washington State, and then emailing the list out, I would greatly appreciate it.
I know that I can gather the data myself, but I was hoping to find a service where I can pay someone to do it for me.

Why not get it from your title company they provide it for free

humm that sucks mine gets it to me weekly as well as probate leads....
maybe call a couple differnt title companies and see if they offer something else
