Looking For A Partner In SF Bay Area (South)!
I've been in pre-foreclosure business for over half a year now with very experienced and knowledgeable but extremely lazy and unmotivated investors. Learned a great deal from them but I'm in my late 20s and they're too old for me to hang out with and talk about investing all day long. Basically I'm looking for a very hungry, bright and motivated buddy/partner to get into the business with me and start making some serious money.
