Letter To Bank!!!!
Happy new year everyone.....
Hey! When you are paying back payments on a foreclosure Is'nt there a letter of sorts that you can send to the bank for reinstatement of the loan,,I think it saves you from paying the back payments and still having the bank foreclose or do a credit check on the home owner,,I'm not quite sure what it is but John was answering a post and had written something about it,,,,I could'nt find the post anywhere...Please let me know.............MD 
Are you talking paying back payments for someone else'
s loan? Are you trying to aquire the property from the owners or the bank?
