Lenders

I'm looking for lenders who can handle properties based on the equity and value instead of credit. Or better yet if the can handle a very low score like in the 400's. I saw a post here once saying this particular lender could lend on a 360 score but when I contacted the guy he seemed like it was some kind of a joke. I am still searching for that miracle worker. >:)
