Have you tried the "Lenders" link at the top of the page? It has a lender finder you may find useful. If not, then have you contacted a mortgage broker to help locate a loan for you?
I found an awesome mortgage broker who seems to work with a lot of investors. He's pretty much providing me with a one stop shop...loan, inspector, appraiser, closing agent. He even asked if I needed cash back at closing to do the repairs before I could ask him.
You may want to look into visiting your local real estate investment club for professionals that are "investor-friendly."
