I see that you are based out of Fl. is this correct? I tried to e-mail you but have not yet uped my membership, I would like to do so purchasing a product from you. Does your program instruct on marketing? and is the info(warranty deed, land trust, contracts) in it Florida friendly do that your in Fl.

Yes, you have will have to make a few adjustments in the paperwork to comply with Florida state specific statutes, however I have several students doing deals in Florida, so the paperwork is available to my students.
Marketing is covered, plus much more to help you become successful.

Thanks, Would you be the one helping me in updating these forms, would i be "one of the students" or would i have to search through the forum. I figured you would be the best for these forms do that your in FL. I ve researched lots of programs but would choose yours because of this.
