Finding Motivated Sellers...
Just wanting you guys opinon on the best way to find motivated sellers in preforeclosure.
I've read going to see them is a good way. But then I've read, sending letters and advertising is a better way because you'll know that Motivated Sellers will call YOU instead of going after them.
Can you guys give me your take and experience on this?

Yes one of the ways of finding motivated sellers is through postcards and letters. Check ou the Marketing forum for templates and more marketing ideas.
I offer third party Loss Mitigation Services to try and "save" their homes. Obviously, some respondants don't have jobs or can no longer afford their homes so I use the rapport I build during loss mitigation to gain the trust I need to close a deal.
