Investor Needed
I am working with a housing coop in milwaukee, WI, not far from downtown. and there are a few of the residents that have been living in the homes for many years. I have been trying to find someone to purchase them and either lease or land contract them back to the members. I did have a person to come in sold two of them, but she charged them the apraised value, which was outrageous. If there is someone that may be interested in working with me on this deal and not eat up all the equity. The Homes do have equity. Please advise "Helping Families, One At A Time"
