  Thx rock, never had any dealings/bidding against them. I guess when I setup equitable win/wins on an equity buyout, it'll always beat them. They must work on "get me the hell out of my mtg" people. Thanks for the info, I was just wondering who was behind it and how big it was. -MakoShark

  We Buy Ugly Houses is a registered servicemark for Homevestors, a real estate franchise company. I believe one of the posters on TCI owns a franchise. They might be able to tell you more about it.
