How To Get A Person In PRE-FORECLOSURE To Find You ??

i know how to find people in pre-foreclosure, but i'm trying to find creative ways to have these same people in pre-foreclosure find me.

the only one i can think of is running an add that says something like '' STOP FORECLOSURE , save your credit & cash in your pocket "

anyone know any other ways to attract people in pre-foreclosure that are motivated to get out ???

    yes i realize that running an add is one way. but are there any other effective ways to market yourself ? (besides an add)

    I see an average of 8-10 properties per week and all of them come from bandit signs. In my opinion they are the most effective and reaches the target market most effectively. Be sure to check with your city or town's guidelines to make sure you are not violating any laws. If you see other investor's signs in your territory then there is a good chance that you can do it too.

    I am just throwing things out there but what about a magnetic car sign or two? 50 bucks and you have a driving billboard.

    The other guy makes a good point about checking the sign ordinances..they will get swiped quick. You will have to find out whether or not it falls under the city or count jurisdiction.

    Dear Sun Tzu, loved your book. I did not know you were from Canton, I thought you were from Wu, slightly north.

    I once observed a really far out way of approaching those in www.foreclosure.If you are going to motivate those that can read to call you, well why not also utilize a method which gets you to them first.. Be in at that great moment when the Soon to be Departed, first get the happy news that their house will shortly be sold and they escorted to the curb line.

    As they opened the little envelope which included their Notice of Default, out fell another little slip of paper. It was of course a light pink. Written on it in simple basic English was the following message.

    " I can save you. All is not lost. If Money is the Answer to your problem, Call Me.

    1-800- 763-0066 John Jones, Simple to the point.

    You may ask just how was this insertion of message accomplished. Very simple.

    If you study the staffs of the larger Trustees (those charged with handling the foreclosures) you will note that those employees charged with the mailings of notices etc. etc. are the most underpaid and most unqualified of the lot.

    It was a simple positive intelligence task. John sent his operative to where the employees lunched, hung out etc. etc. He worked out a compensation to help make up for the small amount of wages they received. He arranged for such payment to be delivered usualy the same day the weekly mail goes out from the Trustee. You see the usual Trustee mails once a week as that mailing is not only directed to the Trustor but to the Beneficiary and all others requiring notice. .

    The inserts you supply. Yes, yes, I know intelligence of the positive sort is always sneered at. Even the mightly CIA and others frown on such activities. Thats why we have these 9/11 type incidents. With proper placement of operatives within the Terroristic Organizations you know on conception. This of course takes money. Of course you do save money in the long run and the prevention of casualties is considered a positive thing.

    Of course this was primative, John much prefered to have them actualy pay for his operative by sending them to the Trustee for employment at a very low entry level. It was sort of On Job Training before they actualy come to work as an Entry Level Employee at a Deal Shop or a Private Only Mortgage Co.

    A lady attorney of local repute and high standing paid her way thru law school by being such an entity in a Mortgage Company that employed her to answer the phones. She merely diverted the really good calls to her true employer, a lowly Mortgage Broker who believed in cutting out the middle man. John of course now lives out his declining years on a really lovely 110 foot Boat in Hong Kong Harbor. Something about not paying taxes on his ill gotten gains.

    If you are going to attempt a truly efficient means of contact with a specific section of our great society, in this case those who are about to be foreclosed upon. You must then move into the shadowy world of Positive Intelligence. If done correctly and frankly it is done an awful lot. You can not only give great entry training to your agent, but the subsidiary duties you can have them accomplish are unbelievable.
