Another Offer
I am new at this and I previously made an offer {slipped a note in a door} on a home that has gone to Trustee Sale. I just talked to the owner again and she has gotten a better offer, so I counter offered. I don't know what the other offer was. What could I do to sway it my direction. I feel my offer is better, but she seems to have some loyalty to the other. What would I put in writting so the buyer knows I sm serious?
Give greater earnest money, make it a cash offer, remove other contengencies, preapproval letter, etc
