How do I know that foreclosure is still scheduled?

LynLinz profile photo

I called the court house today the foreclosure proceedings are scheduled, but as I drive by the house, it is all cleaned up [was a mess before] and vacated. How do I know that maybe another invester has made a deal.
Why else would the property be cleaned up? I don't want to go through getting financing lined up if it already has a deal on it.
I say this because at the few sales I 've been to sometimes they say that property has been___?_____[whatever] meaning its not up for auction at that time confused

    Hey you,
    Use those Realtor skills:
Leave a calling card to be contacted and try to locate the owners with ?'s
You can also ask some of the neighbors about the activity thats been going on there. They no more than people think.

There may be a private deal going on that you don't know about...Contact the Attorney to see if there's a purchase on it...

I feel that if the prop. been cleaned then somebody's got it....I do the same when I pick up foreclosures.
    Hope this helps

Thanks Pbodys, Thats kind of what I thought but needed a great investor to say it was so
Have called owners, maybe they'll call back If not I will ask neighbors
Oh well I'm getting lots of experience by pretending that I have a deal [Ha Ha]
