I know of a hard money broker through a friend who is doing a large commercial project in Atlanta. However, the hard money lender charges 13 points and 20% interest, and personally inspects the projects before contacting his group of investors to see if the project is something they would be willing to risk investing in.

you should also look to join a local GA RE Investors Association if you have not already done so. you will find great contacts there.
