GA Real Estate Transfer ??'s
To transfer ownership of a property in GA do I need any other documents other than a Quitclaim Deed? I assume it doesn't matter on the type of sale, subject to, or conventional or whatever...I have always used attorneys, but would like to do it on my own if possible.
