dstruggle profile photo

I am real estae investing vet but i am brand new to the foreclosure scene. I have researched properties i even found out how to get all the judgements the person owes and irs liens etc.. What i cant figure out is how to get the balances on the mortgages the property has aquired to make a sensible decsion at the foreclosure auctions. I have been to the court house and looked at the land records, but they dont tell what is owed if there is a second or third on any given property or maybe i am missing a step please help. Also after looking up what is owed and getting all the judgements (irs, state and fed tax liens, hospital water) is that it? then can you make your decsion based on what you know are the property values in that area? please help any info is greatly apprecieted

    dstruggle,

    Glad to meet you.

Not sure if your area is covered in my research data, but if you give me an address of a property in foreclosure I will check and see.
